Learning self compassion/ How to care for yourself while caring for others
This is a fun and interactive workshop that provides an understanding of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma for care-givers in any profession. The participants will gain an awareness of how their personal and professional life is impacted by consistent exposure to the pain and suffering of others.
